本文件（參照ISO230-1:2012）規定了一般用途和普通精度的工作臺面長(cháng)度至1600mm臥軸矩臺平面磨床的幾何精度檢驗和工作精度檢驗。本文件對這些檢驗規定了相應的公差。
本文件不適用于固定工作臺或圓工作臺的平面磨床，也不適用于磨頭作縱向移動(dòng)的平面磨床。
