乙烯、丙烯產(chǎn)品及方法標準的研究進(jìn)展

The progresses in the latest nationaland professional standards for the production of ethylene and propylene, including three standardsabout the products and four standards about sampling and testing methods，were introduced. Themajor differences between the new and old standards, and the adjustment of standard specificationsand analytical methods about olefins from coal chemical processes and propylene from refinerieswere discussed. It was suggested that controlling and analyzing trace impurities in the ethylene andpropylene products would be important work in future.[ Keywords ] ethylene; propylene; product specification; specification standard; method standard乙烯是石化工業(yè)的基礎原料，主要用于生產(chǎn)重要進(jìn)展。聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等聚烯烴和環(huán)氧乙烷/乙二醇、20世紀80年代，我國發(fā)布了GB 7715-1987苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯等多種化工產(chǎn)品。丙烯是最重要《工業(yè)用乙烯》和GB 7716- 1987《工業(yè)用丙烯》的烯烴之一，消費量?jì)H次于乙烯。丙烯的最大下游兩項國家標準，同時(shí)配套發(fā)布了近10項方法標準,產(chǎn)品是聚丙烯,其他衍生物有丙烯腈、異丙醇、這些標準被用戶(hù)廣泛采用，為保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、規范丙酮、丁醇和辛醇、丙烯酸及酯、環(huán)氧丙烷丙二質(zhì)量控制、促進(jìn)市場(chǎng)貿易、提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競爭力醇、環(huán)氧氯丙烷等。近年來(lái)，我國乙烯、丙烯生產(chǎn)提供了堅實(shí)的技術(shù)基礎。GB/T 7715- -2003 《工業(yè)原料多樣化的步伐明顯加快，其中，煤制烯烴取得用乙烯》和中國煤化工丙烯》是GB[收稿日期] 2015-04-07; [修改稿日期] 2015-06 - 29。YHCNMHG[作者簡(jiǎn)介]王川(1966- -),男，江蘇省睢寧市人，碩土，高級工程師，電話(huà)021 - 68462413, 電郵wangc sshysinopec com。
